CSAT stands for Civil Service Aptitude test which is the main exam of Civil service exam which is conducted through UPSC for IAS & IPS officers for every year. Eligibility :- Educational Qualification: *Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification from any of the recognized Universities or Deemed University declared under the UGC Act, 1956 Number of attempts: *4 attempts for candidates belonging to General Category *7 attempts for OBC and Physically Handicapped *No limit for SC/ST Category Age Limit: *A candidate must have attained 21 years and not be over 30 years. *There is a age relaxation for SC/ST & OBC candidates. CSAT Stands for Civil Services Aptitude Test. * It is better known as the Civil services Preliminary Examination. The Civil Services Exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission every year for the recruitment of Class-I officers. This Exam is conducted in three phases : a) Preliminary Exam(CSAT) b) MAINS Exam c) Interview The Eligibility Criteria for Civil Services Exam are : * You must have completed your graduation in any stream from any recognized college/university. * Your age should lie in between 21-30 years if you belong to General Category. * There is relaxation in age for reserved category candidates.
