yes you are right many of these such money drillers and career demolishing tactics played by such people should be punished severly who play games with the cerrers of students but no need to worry any one who finished before judgement are valid because as said above

i know vishwa bharthi is recognized by UGC and we can apply for goverment jobs as well.

Vishwa Bharthi University Raipur is not approved by AICTE and UGC . But some agents are running it .It is not Sate, Central , Deemed ,Private University .

Sir how can I get geniuniness certificate from the university

Vishwa Bharti University, Chhatisgarh is not approved by UGC but all of the diploma and degrees awarded by the university are recognised throughout the country by the approval of statutory council.

As per my knowledge, The Vishwa Bharthi University is not approved by the AICTE.

Has any one got any answers for your questions on the Mark's card being genuine or not..
Because even my co sister had done B.com from the same university.. she is not able to validate her marks card on the website with her registered number.
Can some one help, how to find out if the Mark's card is genuine or not.
