The CDS Exam is conducted twice in a year by the UPSC for recruitment into the Indian Military Academy Officers.The Notification for the examination is usually released in the months of march and August the examination is conducted in march and august respectively. Following is the eligibility criteria:- 1. Only unmarried graduates are eligible to appear in the exam. 2. Age Limit- (a) Indian Military Academy - 19-24 Years (b) Air Force Academy - 19-23 Years (c) Naval Academy - 19-22 Years (d) Officers’ Training Academy - 19-27 Years All the very best. The CDS(combined defence services) exam is conducted by UPSC (UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION) every year. through this exam one can apply for - 1.military wing(age limit 19-25) 2.naval wing(age limit 19-23) 3.air force wing(age limit 19-24.) of the indian army. for military wing you just have to complete your graduation from a recognized college. but for apply in naval or air wing you must have physics & maths and passed with at least 60%. also your nationality must be indian and having marital status unmarried. thanks!!! |

i am in tybcom in june 2012 batch, i am eligible to give cds exam, my dob is 05-03-1993, im physicaly fit and unmaried also,plese suggest me in witch time is better for me give the exma,what duretion of result after give the exma,what is ssb interview date,plese guide me I AM VERY MUCH INTERSTED IN ARMY,THAT IS MY PTISTEGE,I AM WAITTING FOR YOPUR ANSWER

CDS stands for Combine Defence Service examination. The exam is conducted by UPSC and it is done twice in a year. Selection Process :- 1.Written test 2.Physical Fitness test 3.Interview Eligibility EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS -For Indian Naval Academy : Degree in Engineering. -For Air Force Academy: Degree from a recognized university with physics and maths/B.E -For Indian Military Academy/Officers Training Academy: Degree from a recognized university. AGE LIMIT -Naval Academy: 19-22yrs. -Air Force Academy: 19-23yrs. -Officers Training Academy: 19-25yrs. -Indian Military Academy: 19-24yrs. Best of luck!!! |

As u know what MPSC means (Maharashtra Public Service Commission) conducts exams for the various cadres of Officers in the Maharashtra State Services. There are basically 3 classes of cadres, known as Class I, Class II, and Class III. For each of these exams, there are different eligibility criteria, including age limits. However, there are no limits to the number of times you can appear for the MPSC exams. You can appear as many times as you want provided you are still within the required age limits. Eligibility Criteria of MPSC Class I and Class II Officers Exams Age Requirements:- (a) OBC: 35 years (b) SC/ST/NT: 38 years (c) Open Category: 33 years Educational Qualifications: You must be a graduate Eligibility Criteria of MPSC PSI/STI/Assistant Exams Age Requirements: (a) OBC: 35 years (b) SC/ST/NT: 38 years (c) Open Category: 33yrs / for PSI exams it is 28 yrs Educational Qualifications: A candidate must be a graduate |

If you are pursuing Graduation final year from sharda university , then you are eligible for the CDS Exam. The Acronym "CDS" stands for Combined Defense Services Examination. If you are pursuing Graduation (Final Year) in any stream from Sharda University you are eligible to apply for CDS examination on the basis of educational qualification. There are other eligibility criteria required for CDS exam a candidate must fulfill. This exam is conducted by UPSC twice every year as CDS I & CDS II.
