I have passed diploma course after 10th. Can I eligible for applying in ssc 10 2 exam? and 10th diploma is equivalent to 10 2 or NOT?

I HAVE COMPLETED MY DIPLOMA ENGINEERING IN APPLIED ELECTRONICS AND INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING (AEI) GOVERNMENT COLLEGE. NOW I AM TAKEN BA IN DEGREE SECOND ENTRY. IS IT POSSIBLE TO JOIN IN BA 2 YEAR AS A PRIVATE CANDIDATE.
