sir i could only attempt 70-75 ustions in mat feb 2012 .how much percentile i'll score

i have one back result awaiting in graduation that wil b out in january 2013. are there any chances that colleges under MAT accept one back? and if i cud be able to join any gud college without wasting any year?? if yes please suggest some colleges.
my 10th nd 12th % is 70% each and graduation : 62.67%

MDI Gurgaon
Faculty of Management Studies (FMS-Delhi)
indian Institute of Foreign Trade(IIFT)
International Management Institute(IMI)
Institute of Management Studies (IMS) - Noida

you can apply for any of these colleges in INDIA.

Management Aptitude Test –MAT is a popular national entrance test among the management aspirants. This test is conducted by the Centre for Management Services (CMS) of All India Management Association (AIMA).

Eligibility:

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is usually conducted four times in a year in January, May, September and December. The minimum qualification is graduation in any discipline from any recognised university or equivalent recognised degree. A final-year student can also appear provisionally.

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Students who are in their Final year degree course can also apply.

Why the MAT college list different for September and February attempt?
can I know if I appear for MAT February 2017 after giving MAT September 2016?
