i got 167 from ap?......wat r d chances fr me?

i got 182 any chance?i belong to general?my email id [email protected] for ur replys frndsssssssss

i hv secured 182 in gen in ibps clerk & 155 in po still waiting for call

i have got 250 out of 250 in ibps clerk exam...............
but i m not sitting in the interview to give a chance to the lower ranked holders............

Yes of course you are eligible for the IBPS exam.
Eligibility criteria for IBPS exam :-
1] The applicant must hold his/ her Degree of Graduation from a government
recognized university with an aggregate of at least 55% in order to appear in
the Bank’s Probationary Officer exam.
2]The minimum age of the candidate prescribed by the authorities of the bank is 20
years for fulfilling the eligibility criteria of the bank. a person younger to this age
limit is not applicable to sit in the bank’s PO examination.
3]The maximum age limit of the candidate prescribed by the authorities of the bank
is 30 years to be recruited as the bank Probationary Officer. A person of more than 30 yrs
of the age cannot apply for the post of PO in Bank.
4] Candidate must be a citizen of India. People belonging to other nationalities are
by no means allowed to be a part of the above mentioned examination.
5]The applicant must have the basic banking knowledge and skills to be a
part of the above mentioned programme .
6]The applicant must possess a good command over computer applications
to be a part of the above mentioned programme.
If you full filling all these criteria then you are eligible .

No chance in general if u would have scored 180 then there is possibility of call bcoz i have scored 192 and i m in general category and most in the general category(whom i know) have scored 195 i m the only who scored least.
But region matters.if u belong 2 UP,Bihar,Delhi then there is no possibility.but other than these place u can expect call from the bank....

IBPS (Institute of Banking Personal Selection) common written exam (CWE) for probationary officers concluded in two sessions of 18th september 2011.
Hence we age discussing the highest marks in each paper and for overall exam for morning session.
The highest marks is depends upon the following reasons:

1.The average marks in each paper at national level.

2.The total number of candidates appeared to the examination.

3.The relative difficutlty/easyness of each paper.

4.The number of students attends for the exam.

The results are announced, still for some of the candidates are not receive their rank cards. So we are not tells about the highest marks scored.

the cut off marks hasnt disclosed by the IBPS. But it is somewhat between 21 to 25 for reserved categories.
