HI dear ,

Definitely you can go to polytechnic , need not to worry . based on your university rules admission procedure will be there . some university have entrance exams for this also .and in some universities like Bangalore university , there is no entrance exam , lists will be made , first list , second list and 3rd list and some cut off like 60% will be kept and based on your percentage if your name comes in any of the three lists seats will be alloted . some reservation will be there for SC/ST candidates . good luck .
