Hi....
Syntel is a good It sector company..Eligibility Criteria for Syntel 1. Eligibility: 50% aggregate marks.-- in Xth, inter, graduation( No standing backlogs allowed) 2. Selection Test: online test to be taken in the college only, for 1 hr-- syllabus-- aptitude, logical and analytical reasoning and a few questions answerable by any engg graduate. 3. Results of written test: will be notified to college within 24 hrs, after the test.

I am from chennai and i have completed my GD,technical,HR interview on 17th dec...i havent got my results still...when will syntel declare the result??
