Sir I've passed my secondary school from Haryana open schooling and sr.secondary from bhiwani board as a regular student with 65% marks, I'm 18years old.can I apply for NDA exam?reply asap pls.

I have written my M.sc final exam in forensic science this year and waiting for results.. I will pass in high first class for sure..I am interested in joining Indian army as an officer.
Please let me know the selection process.

Qualification :-------------------

You should be a citizen of India.
Your age should be between 19-25 years.
You should be Intermediate passed with science stream.
You should be free from all diseases and disabilities.
You should be both physically and mentally fit.

Physical qualification :-----------

Height should be minimum of 157.5cms for Men
Height should be minimum of 152 cms for Women

Required educational qualification needed to join in Indian Army:-

To join in Indian Army you are to go through NDA(National Defence Academy).NDA is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year.

Educational Qualification needed to join in Indian Army wing is a 12th pass candidate from Arts/Commerce/Science stream.Only unmarried Indian male can write UPSC NDA entrance exam.
