According to me and my knowledge you are not able for government job now
The age criteria :
Maximum age 30 for general category
Maximum age 33 for OBC.
Maximum age 35 for SC/ST.
But dont be upset you can get a good job in private sector.

NO........!!!!!!!Sorry there are no any job for which you can apply at the age of 37. if you want to do some other job than what are you doing now then you have to go private sector job.private sector gives a great value to the experienced person. you will get good job according to your area of study and area of work experience. try for it.

34yers members can write exam

I am in Govt. job already and have a experience of 9 years, now I want to shift from here to another high post in Govt. service. How can I do that? Is there any requirement?

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for any govt job at the age of 37 year.

You have to do Privet job in your city.

If you are in ST/SC category then you are eligible for Civil Services exam.

Civil Services exam is conducted by U.P.S.C once in a year.

Qualification:- Pass graduation with any stream from recognized university.

Age limit:-
For Open category:- 21-30 year
For OBC category:- 21-33 YEAR
For ST/SC category:- 21-37 year

Number of Attempts:-
For open category:- 4 attempts
For ST/SC category:- 7 attempts

In Civil Services exam there are three stage Of selection:-
> PRELIMS EXAM
> MAINS EXAM
> INTERVIEW
> MEDICAL EXAM(FOR I.P.S)

I think in the year 2013, for some govt job the upper age limit is 40. So kindly confirm for which the age limit has been extended to 40.
