Re: Best books to prepare for IAS exam?
hi!
Your question is incomplete - you have not mentioned whether you are preparing for CSAT (earlier known as prelims) exam or mains exam. And if you are preparing for mains exam which subjects you have chosen for the exam. For your kind information the civil services prelims exam is being replaced by CSAT (civil services aptitude test ) from 2011. The examination structure of CSAT comprises of one paper consisting of questions from general studies and the other paper focusing on the aptitude skills of the students. So to prepare for CSAT you should study general study & aptitude book. You can refer these magazines/newspaper: pratiyogita darpan yojna the year book the Hindu/times of india. |
