Is MTech in Civil Engg. course in Karnataka State Open University approved by AICTEE/ UGC?

hi,i completed BE in civil engineering in bharathiyar university i want to know if i do part time me course in karnataka state open university is it eligible for apply tamilnadu govt jobs .pl let me know

karnataka state open university 3 year diploma in electrical correspondence course is having DEC approval ? whether Need Foundation is the original collaborator of the KSOU?
