Helo, I did my graduation in Public Administration from IGNOU (New Delhi), and MA in Human Rights from Annamalai University. I wish to continue my further studies through distance education by residing in Delhi. So, will I be eligible for admission in M.Phil (Public Administration) in IGNOU (1st choice) or University of Madras (2nd choice if it has a branch in Delhi) or Kurukshetra University (3rd choice if it has a branch in Delhi)? I am told that Annamalai University does not offer M.Phil through DE. Please help. i finished my b.com in 2002 (with 75%), then i applied for my m.com in madras university 2002-2004, i completed my first year2002-2003, but due to my marriage i am unbale to contiune my studies, now 2011-2014 i appled again in annamali university, now i am planning to do my m.phil also , now i come to know that now days there is no M.phil available in corres , is it true that i should again approach a college again for my m.phil, in regular.please guide me to finish my m.phil, because i want to became a lecturer in a college, because this my life time ambition.
