eligibility for JSW with 8.96 CGPA in B.E. till 6th semester , 51.1% in 12th standard and 63.5% in 10th standard and i have gap after 12th is 2 years because of some reason? tell me other core copanies where i am elligible?

i ve 80% in 10th ,57% in 12th and be 71%aggregate till 6th sem.. what are the companies that i am eligible for????

Hello friend,

Although it seems that you have a decent percentage in class 10 and quite a good one in B.Tech but still your class12 marks isn't sufficient enough.
TCS has given the eligibility criteria of 60% throughout your carrier.
Therefore it's not possible.
May be you should try for some other comapanies of CMM level 3.

Eligibility criteria for TCS -

1. 60% marks throughout the academic carrier .
2. No backlogs are allowed .
3. Year gaps more than two are not allowed .

Your marks in 10th and B.tech are good .But according to the criteria 60% marks are required through the carrier and as you have 51% in 12th so I think you are not eligible .
So start your carrier with small software farms and get at least 3 to 4 years expirience then try for MNCs like TCS,CTS,IBM etc.

No, you are not eligible for the campus drive of TCS.

Eligibility for appearing in TCS campus drive:-

1.The candidate must have 60% aggregate through out the career, including 10th and 12th.

2.The candidate should not have any pending backlogs during graduation.

3.The candidate must not have any study gap more than 2 years.

These are the criteria to appear in TCS campus drive.
As you have secured less than 60% marks in 12th , so sorry to say you that you are not eligible..
You can go for some small IT companies those are recruiting students having Aggregate even less than 60%..
try to get the information about those company..

I am really sorry my friend but the minimum eligibility criteria for TCS placement is 60% in 10th ,12th and B.Tech..since your 12th percentage is low..hence,you might not be able to sit in the placement..

but..since you have a good track record other than that and 73% in B.Tech is also considered quite good..hence you can talk it out with your college administration and if they can make a special provision for you or talk to the company's head during placement..only then it would be possible..

You are not eligible for tcs company because you have passed all with 60%
Don't warry here is companies where you can apply.
you are eligible for WIPRO and SYNTEL
also you are applicable for some .NET and PHP company.

But you marks in 12th standard is not good that is less than 60% marks.
But for TCS you will have to score minimum 60% marks throughout your academic career.As you have got below 60% marks in 12th standard.
So you are not eligible for TCS.

Then you will have to fulfill these criteria first :

1.ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION :
The candidate must score minimum 60% marks throughout academic career.

2.STUDY GAP :
Maximum 2 years of study gap is allowed here.

3.BACKLOG CRITERIA :

some times you can apply for these companies because these have more recruitment which you have not complete because your percentage in 10th is low .
but some times & if you show good performances in your interviewers they can hires you.
so don't be tans. you can focused on your performances.....

Sorry but you can not apply for the TCS because it requires minimum 60% throughout and as you got 51% so you can not eligible . Other big IT companies also have this kind of education requirement so in that company also you can not eligible . So find out the small IT company which are recruit based on only graduation marks . Sir i have 58 percent marks in 12th including my optional subject but its 64 percent when m calculating only my major subjects that is excluding my optional subject. Am I eligible to write the written test for TCS?

The percentage of marks that you have scored in B.Tech course is good. Scoring 73% percentage of marks in B.Tech course is not an easy task.

But I don't know the reason why you have scored only 51% of marks in your 12th class. This is an unfortunate thing for you.

Just because of this, you are not eligible to apply for TCS recruitment procedure.

Not only for TCS, you are not eligible to apply for the job opportunities in any MNC.

Here is the criteria that is required for the candidates to apply for Jobs in MNCs at fresher level.
-Candidate should be having 60% of marks in all the academic levels.
-Candidate should not have any pending backlogs
-Candidate should not be having an academic gap more than 2 years.

But you don't need to worry much about this.

There are some companies, when they come for campus placements, they will hire the candidates only on the basis of percentage of marks in Graduation itself.

You better apply for those companies for job opportunities.

Otherwise you can apply for non MNCs where there is no percentage criteria of career 60 and gain work experience for 1-2 years.

After attaining work experience, try to apply for MNCs. Then you will be absorbed easily into MNCs.

I h secured 72%in class 10 then 52% in 12th and 75%in btech..Please let me know in which software companies i can apply?

I done my diploma after 12th on basic of 12th get 52% in 12th and in diploma i scored 80% and in 10th 74% and in be 82% can i eligible for tcs company
