hello sir/madam,

i had scored 91% in 10th, 73% in my btech-cs but only 51% in my 12th.
so anyone can please tell me am i elligible for tcs?

aur please do suggest me any other it company where i can apply..

sorry but you are not eligible as they require at least 60% in all.

You can apply for syntel as they require only 50% in all.

their test held online.

you qualifiaction is very good but the 12th is only a matter of worry but then if you are applying for the campus placement then the college administration can help you a lit in the job ...........
but then you can apply for some other private company such as tcs, wipro , and many more .......

your not eligible for the tcs.minimum eligibility is 60% through career.

I don't many companies prefer more than 60%.you go for competitive exams.

Your 10th class and B.tech marks is good but your 12th marks is low. So i think that you are not eligible for TCS exam because the qualification for TCS exam is 60% in 10th, 12th and in B.tech. But don't worry you are eligible for many company who take 50% marks in 12th. I wish you will get a bright future.

Sorry, you are not eligible for recruitment in TCS.

TCS eligibility criteria for recruitment of engineering freshers is as follows:

1. candidate should have secured at lest 60% marks throughout their academic life i.e. 10th, 12th & BTech.
2. Candidate should not have more than 2 years of study gap.

Many companies recruitment engineering freshers require at least 60% throughout the applicant’s educational life. So a score of less than 60% at 12th might pose some problems for you.

But don't loose heart there are companies which require less than 60% (mostly 50% or 55%) as a cut off for appearing in campus recruitment. You can apply in these companies.

There is some problem to the best companies because they want the percentage of 60 or 65% in all three exams.
But now more companies in the market which is only take the percentage of B.tech so you can apply for many companies as:
Accenture,
Wipro,
and many more.

Almost all companies today needs atleast 60% throughout your career and tcs is also not an exception.the most important is your marks in b.tech .since you have got good marks in b.tech and class 10 ,you are eligible to apply for tcs company.

They usually conduct the test for
final year students. some of the
companies allows third year studs
to allow to attend the selection..
The following things they expecting
from the students :
students should have 60 marks
from 10th onwards.
Excellent communication skills.
no arrear papers in each semester.
Problem solving skills.

I am very sorry to say that you are not eligible for the TCS.According to my knowledge you are not eligible for the good software company,so it will be good for you that you should go for further study like MTech or MBA.

sorry friend...for applying to MNC like TCS you need to have minimum 60% all the important exams like 10, 10+2 and degree...you can always try other good companies like Syntel which accept 50% aggregate...

i think that your 12 marks will affect your eligibility for TCS...TCS wants minimum 60% in all your education career...you can try Syntel and other companies where cut off is 50%..

TCS wants minimum 60% in your education career...so i dont think you are eligible for TCS...but dont worry there are so many companies which accept 50% aggregate...

yes you can definitely get good jobs but you need to be talented in your field...you may not be eligible for MNC but nevertheless there are several other companies where you can try like Syntel,etc....good luck..

Your not eligible for TCS placement because of your 12th percent which is 51%.
TCS require atleast 60% marks through out your acedemics. Your are 10th and Btech score is very impressive. There are companies which doesnt consider your 10/12th marks, like Aricent.

Some PSUs are also there which require only 50% marks in 10 and 12th.
You can try in walk in in small industries where there is no criteria.

hello friend...

Most of MNC companies ask for 60 % in 10th,12th and B.E/B.Tech... but you dont worry there are many small companies which came to our college like silicon valley, odessa technologies etc in bangalore selected students based on the B.E/B.Tech marks alone.. so you can try for small companies as of now, just work for some 2-3 yrs and jump into any big MNC companies like TCS, CTS, Wipro etc. with the experience you have gained then they wont ask anything about your marks.......

Actually TCS has an eligibility criteria of :
1.60% in 10th board exams.
2.60% in 12th board exams.
3.60% or equivalent CGPA(6 points) in your BTech career.
4.A year gap of 1 year is allowed.

So,you are not eligible for tcs but don't loose heart as many companies are waiting for you which accept 57.2%,as their eligibility criteria is 50% throughout.
If you dont get placed in tcs in campus...then get into a company with less eligibility criteria and work there for 2-3 years,then join tcs based on your experience in the previous company.

sry u can't appear for TCS as they need throughout 60% marks ..
But u can appear others company like Syntel and some other companies which have no criteria .so don't loose ur hope try for other companies surely u got success.

TCS Recriutment criteria is :
you should have scored minimum 60 % marks throughout your record +IT knonwlegde
as you scored less you would not be eligible to appear in the recruitment process of TCS

But do not worry there are many companies which demands only b.tech marks and you can try for a job in such comapnies
