what is the best opt after 12th science with biology instead of medical and science

I have secure 39% in PCB in my 12th. low score was mainly because I was in college sports team which took most of my time but I am interested in pursuing my career in BSc.Biotech or Physiotherapy can u please help in choosing a proper feild

For bio technology is it necessary to give JEE, MH-CET exam. By giving AIEE exam we can opy for B.TEC in bio technology. Can we give both JEE and AIEE both exams.
