Re: Am I eligible for AIEEE or IIT JEE after passing 12th commerce?
My dear friend iit and aieee exam were conducted to admission in various institute and colleges. As these colleges are of engineering stream and most important eligibilty is individual having 12 class with physics and math. There are almost same eligibilty but vary in 12 class percentage.for iit it is 60% and for aieee is 50% . Number of attempt are limited to 2 for iit whereas no such criteria in aieee.after iitjee ur getting admission to iit, ism, iisc, bhu.whereas aieee is for all NIT's and other colleges. As ur a candidate of commerce stream ur not eligible.try something in ur field.

Sorry but IITJEE is only for science group students.
Means you should have Physics, chemistry and maths as your subjects. And pass 12 th board exams with a minimum of 60%. So it means being a pure commerce student you have got no chance of appearing in IITJEE. Best of luck |

Re: Am I eligible for AIEEE or IIT JEE after passing 12th commerce?
:: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR IIT :: The candidate should be 12th pass having studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, and should have scored a minimum 60% aggregate in the 12th boards. Boards appearing students can also apply. :: ELIGIBILITY FOR AIEEE :: The candidate should be 12th pass with a minimum of 50% aggregate and should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory
subjects. So both of these exams are only for Science Stream Candidates. I am really sorry , but a commerce student cannot apply for these exams. All the Best Regards #RJ# |

No my dear friend if you want to appear for AIEEE and IITJEE then physics, chemistry and mathematics should be your compulsory subjects.
Since you are in commerce, you are automatically not eligible since you don't have physics and chemistry. If you were interested in engineering then you should have opted for science in class 11. However commerce is not a bad stream, you can go for MBA. best of luck!!! |
