hey, i want to know that Is there any particular institute for the studies of CPT exam? or for the further studies to be a CA? like those for engineering and fashion designing like NIFT, IIT?
please help me know this.
it is very imp for me to know this.
i browsed all through the internet but i didn't get to know about this.

i am studying in vhse 1st year a&a .i don't have the subject economics. i want to attend ca-cpt exam after 12th . what can i do for economics

After 10th it is not possible to register for CA-CPT.
You requiere minimum qualification of 12th in Commerce Stream from any recognised Higher Secondary Board.

You cannot register for CA – CPT after class 10th, but you will have to complete 12th to apply for it.

CPT – Common Profiiency Test

CPT is conducted for admission in Chartered Accountant ( CA) course.

CPT is conducted twice a year and is conducted by ICAI – Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Eligibility for CPT –

10+2 from a recognised board.

Syllabus of CPT –

There are four papers in this test.

The test is of 200 marks.

1. Accountancy

2. mercantile Laws

3. Economics

4. Mathematics

For qualifying this test, you will have to achieve minimum 50 % marks.

Yes ,you can register for CA CPT after 10th but you are eligiblr to write the exam only after passing 12th. You can register for the exam at ICAI's official webite i.e icai.org.

You can registered after 10th. My son is studying in class 12th in this year. yesterday he had registered himself online we have also pay rs 6700 for registration fees. now he will submit the printout of the form with in 7 days in nearest icai branch.
