I'm interested in bank jobs. Got 82.99 %in 12th examination 2015. So can i apply for bank jobs? If yes, then say what should i do?

I have given my 12th exam in 2016 and i got 60% in the exam from commerce stream, so i want to ask that whether i can apply for clerk post in SBI this year and at present i'm 19 years old .
