Yup... Do your M.com and pass it with a minimum of 55% marks. Then get qualified in the UGC NET.

No you can not apply for the post of Lecturer. One must have passed Master with minimum of 55%. After that one should clear National Eligibility Test which is conducted twice a year.

Yes you can because the only qualification required to become lecturer is to have masters in relevant subject and yes you also have to clear net
