Stages of the Interviewing Process:

Preparation - Learn as much as you can before your interview

Introduction - Make sure your initial non-verbal contact is in positive form.

Presentation - When asked a question always listen to their question carefully and its up to you how much you have explored the Interview question.

Here off course your answer will hold some other finance or sales and marketing careers – insurance or accountancy, altogether these careers should have skills related to banking.


The professional examinations that you will almost certainly be required to take as part of your training are not always difficult in themselves, but do require determination and focus- especially as much of your study will be done in the evenings after a hard days work.





Obtain Information for Yourself - Remember, this job interview is for your benefit also so obtain information as much you can.

First of all you have to understand what is interview actually why it is done??

1.it is the conversation between two or more no of people.
2.it is done to check our knowledge and the way you represent it.

Now how to succeed in a interview basic present you knowledge in such a way impress which is in front of you.
How to do this show your strength,this is the only key to success in the interview. But don't think that you are complete in all respect you must have weakness also please don't try to hide it defend it with valuable reason no bluff.

Kindly send me the interview tips and question that interviewer can ask in the interview. one more thing will they ask much more about SBI and my current job.

as i am working in administration department so if they will ask why you want to join bank then how i will convince them on this question.
also what they can ask on PI. and suggest me the pi interview question that can help me to crack this interview.

Interview is not meant to scare you.
Board just want to know you little more.
They will ask you general question about you and about you joining the bank.

See if you have cleared the written test then it will be very easy to you to clear the interview. Although it is up on you. Here I have mentioned some points which if you follow then it will be beneficial for you :

* must wear on the interview the clean dresses.
* must be with you a smiley face .
* don't take pressure from yourself and from the others.
* if any question asked by the interviewer is unknown to you then please don't be
hesitate , tell them the truth that you don't know..
* be clear about any concept.
* be loud and clear.
* don't make such things that make unhappy to the interviewer.
* pronunciation must be clear.
