Re: Eligibility criteria for IIT-JEE examination?
Year of qualifying Examination:
Those who are appearing 12th board or equivalent examination and those who have passed 12th examination 1 year before, are eligible to appear the exam i.e. For IIT-JEE-2011, one should either be appearing 12th board exams in 2011 or those who have passed 12th in 2010 are eligible for the exam. i.e. Only two attempts are allowed for a candidate. |

Re: Eligibility criteria for IIT-JEE examination?
The admission is in Undergraduate programs of Engineering.
Here i am providing the eligibility criteria for IIT-JEE 2011 -The candidate must have passed their 10+2 examinations from a recognized board with a minimum of 60 % of marks (for General and OBC) and it is 55% (for SC/ST) -A candidate must have passed the qualifying examination for the first time , after October 1, 2009 will be appearing in 2011. Those who are going to appear in the qualifying examination later than October 1, 2011 are not eligble to appear for JEE. -The candidate can appear in the Joint Entrance Exam two times only, that also should be in consecutive years -The candidates must be physically fit for the course which they have applied |
