Noe Scholarship was established in July 2005 to support students studying leadership through the Leadership Studies Program. And it is one of the west virgine university studies program

Noe Scholarship Committee shall consider the following:

1.Current scholarly performance in major and overall studies
2.Demonstration of potential for further development of leadership skills
and knowledge
3.An active interest in leadership.

Sir that's very good proposals for awards to the students who works in enrichment of your forum with their valuable suggestions and i will try to become a permanent TAFP member too ..

Ans 1. You get points on the basis of your answer quality, you may have posted 44 replies but they may not be up to the mark and thus you are getting low points. If they are good, your points will be increased for all your posts including your old ones, for the present session.

Ans 2.By quality we mean, your answer should contain detailed and complete information.With that it should be correct and should not be copied. However, you can always take reference from other sites. You should also follow the guidelines strictly to maintain your reputation.Please refer Top Answerer's post and understand what we actually mean by quality.

Though satish you may have posted 44 threads but If I post 10 posts a day I get nearly 100 points so please dear don't try to mislead and give true knowledge and definitely your points too will increase.

The scholarship certificates are given only up to 5th rank

Yes, we are thinking upon your suggestions, actually it is a part of our New Scholarship Scheme and discussions on that topic is still going on.So parallely it is being considered, we will see how much it is going to help us in helping others. . And this forum will exist as long as Education exists in this world . About the money transfer, presently it is sent via cheques, but we have new plans about it too. Till then keep coming up with newer ideas.

Do not worry about the points, your answers are being observed everyday, whenever we realize you have improved, you points will be increased or you will be invited for TAFP, depending on the quality of you answers.

after that just reply to the queries of the people...
the more the people you help , the more the chances of you winning the scholarship.........

i want to know one thing,
if an member is not an winner is he not eligible for this fellowship programme?
there are members who contribute regularly to this forum without thinking of the scholarship,i think they should also be considered for the fellowship and not only people who just answer to gain points for the scholarship

If I answer the 300 question then How did I come to know that I am selected in TAFT Scholarship Program.

You will not decide that your posts have quality or not. You have only 25 points and many have more than 100 points ( some more than 1000), so it is impossible to give you 1000 replies per week. And everybody knows that answers are judged, not the post number.

You will come under tafp when you giving full detailed about question it doesnt matter that you post many answers.

A person who gives the right answers to all the wanted members then only a member under top @) members can also can come under tafp

I already won the one scholarship program but my Rank is 16th, this time if i get the Rank with in 10 means , can i able to select for the TAFP, i am working hard for that , sending answer to every one who are waiting for a good reply, at the starting i was getting 10 points , and then left it for 2 month due to more work, this month once again started but i get only 5 points for the answer, what reason for that sir

There is nothing so

Even a Junior Member can get propoted to TAFP, while a Senior Member +++++ cant manage to be promoted to TAFP. The only two parameter that are set for that are as follows:-

1) Quality of answer posted by that person, mean answer would be detailed and of satisfying nature from the asker's point of view.

2) Consistancy of the Member.

You dont need to paticipate in 5 - 6 sessions, if you have 'Talent' you can be a TAFP by proving yourself.

Is it so, Sir. If its so then they can Delete any body's answer who will be her/his a bigger competor in this session.. Think twice sir. If you are making such rule.

And sir i heard about TAFP selections very soon..

This is only the good Surprise. But adding TAFP member is a big issue.
