sir i got 291 score card in EE gate 2011 and AIR 12600 marks is 24.33 which M.tech colleges i get pls give me the information sir.

sir i am qualified in gate 2011 under GM,my stream is CS and score is 25 and air is 18300.... can i get a mtech(cs) seat in colleges of karnataka..like RV, Ramaiah,PESIT,BMS.or do i need to write karnataka pgcet for getting into these colleges....how pgcet councilling is carried for gate students and for nongate students
