advanced management systems are techniques used to solve transportation problems in big cities

what are the major components of advanced transportation management,i want each of them and their functionality also,also please tell me exact use and examples of advanced transportation management systems

there are six major components of advanced transport sysytems
ther are
1.ATMS
2.ATIS
3.CVO
4.AVCS
5.APTS
6.ARTS

please explain to me each component in detail and also provide me the place were they are used

these components of advanced transportation sysytems are used in really big cities like ney york were the traffic condition is very bad

advanced management systems are not in that great use in india like some of foreign countries,but still there are some places were they are used like in MUMBAI-PUNE EXPRESS HIGHWAY

i think that sky bus is indeed a advanced traffic management system because of the scope it provides to solve the traffic problems

sky bus is definitely a part of the advanced transportation systems,even the Delhi metro comes under this system,

along with Delhi rail ,there is also monorail being developed in Bombay and also the metro which is being developed in Hyderabad
and the different expressways being developed in india ,these all comes under advanced transportation management

also the width and condition of roads are very bad

this is very new for the country like india. but this is very well developed in the usa and the uk, main purpose for this is to make the car eco friendly,
so that we can control the pollution produces by the transport,
and so that you can balance the system and the degradation of the ozone layer is less.
