After BPT can I attend IBPS ICS or other Bank & Administrative examination?


Well after completion of BPT can i attend in IBPS ICS or other BANK & ADMINISTRATIVE EXAMINATION which is held by government or non government organisations? Can i get a job through it?

BPT stands for Bachelor of Physiotherapy course. BPT is a valid course for applying to banking entrance exams and administrative services exam. The eligibility criteria for banking entrance exam is bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Age limit for Probationary officer examination is 20-28 years.

You can apply for Civil Services exam. Age limit is 21-32 years. You are also eligible for State Public Service Commission after Bachelor of Physiotherapy course. Other entrance exams are SSC CGL, CPO examination.

Yes, you are definitely eligible to apply for Bank exams conducted by IBPS and SBI as you have completed your BPT bachelor degree.
Eligibility for Bank exams :
-> Educational qualification required to apply for bank clerk, PO exams is Graduation or any equivalent examination pass from UGC approved college or university.
-> Age limit to apply for Clerk post is 21-28 years and for Bank PO post is 21-30 years and the age relaxations are: 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC and ST candidates, 10 years for PWD candidates.
-> Selection process of Bank exams is preliminary exam, main examination and personal interview or language proficiency test.
-> As you have completed your Graduation, you can also apply for jobs like Teller, Authorised, PB sales etc posts in private sector banks like HDFC BANK, ICICI etc.
-> You can also apply for Assistant and Administrative officer posts in Insurance companies like LIC, NIC etc.
