No you're not eligible for Automobile engineering course after completing commerce stream only science stream candidates are eligible for Engineering course.

Eligibility Criteria for B.E/B.Tech Automobile Engineering:-

Applicant should be complete 12th standard or equivalent qualification from recognized university.
Applicant should be score minimum 50% percentage of marks.
Applicant should be belong from science stream with Physics, mathematics and chemistry.
Applicant should be qualified in JEE/BISTAT etc. engineering entrance examination.

So, as per your educational qualification you're not eligible for Automobile Engineering course.
