LLB stands for Bachelor of Legislative Law and the minimum education required to pursue the same degree course is just a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

So, being PhD and Postgraduate degree holder, you are certainly eligible for pursuing LLB degree course and to practice law later after completion of your LLB degree course as far as the educational requirement for the same degree course is concerned.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
