Age relaxation for Ex-Serviceman to join banking sector?


I'm an Ex-Service Man and wish to join Banking sector. Would like to know the age relaxation for joining bank sector.

Age relation given to Ex Servicemen is as below:

For clerical exams:
Actual period of service rendered in the defence forces plus 3 years.
Maximum age limit is 50 years.


For Bank PO exams:
Age relaxtion is 5 years and maximum age to apply is 35 years.

Educational qualifications required to apply is Graduation pass in any steam from a recognised University.

As far as you are concerned about the provision of age relaxation for ex-serviceman candidates in banking sector then it is five years in addition to the age relaxation provided based on the caste of candidate i.e; relaxation provided to reserved category candidates.
