Information Regarding UPSC Examination.

Yes, definitely you are eligible for the UPSC examination like IAS, IPS....and many other. The UPSC conducts many examination every year. To appear in the UPSC examination you need the following eligibility criteria.

Educational Qualification = Graduation in any stream from a recognize University. The final year graduation candidates are also eligible for the UPSC examination.

Age Limit = The age must be between 21 to 30 years at the time of appearing of this examination. The age relaxation is also applicable for the candidates belong to reservation category.

NOTE :- The Computer Science and Information Technology branch are not eligible for the IES examination.

Hello friend,
The Union Public Service Commission conducts various examinations and the eligibility criteria for each varies as per the post and the departments.

Being a Computer Science Engineer, you are eligible for the following examinations:

Civil Service Examination
Combined Defense Service Exam
Engineering Service Exam
Central Police Force Exam

The age limit to apply for the civil service exam and engineering service exam is between 21-30 years.
For central police force exam, it is between 20-25 years.
The combined defense service exam is conducted for recruitment of candidates in all the major defense service of India and the minimum eligible age is 19 years.

Yes, you are eligible for UPSE EXAM. because you are CSC ENGG candidate so you can apply for IAS,IPS,CDS and many other exam.
Qualification criteria : a candidate should be pass graduation in any discipline or emgg.with recognized university.final year student also appear for exam.
Age critaria: age between 21 to 30 and age relaxation also for,
SC/ST- 5 YEAR.
OBC- 3 YEAR
but you can't apply for IES. cse student not applicable.for more info log on to www.upse.gov.in

Eligibility criteria for UPSC exam -

1.Graduation from any recognized university .
2.Final year students are also can apply .
3.Age limit = 21 to 30 years .
4.Candidate should be a citizen of India .

So as a student of CSE you can apply for Various UPSC exams like -
IAS
IPS
IES

dear friend,

Yes, You are eligible for UPSC exam. because you have completed your graduation in computer science.

Those candiadte are graduate from any recognized university with any dicipline are eligible for IAS exam.

But your age should be in between 22 to 30 years old.Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC category as per govt rule.

The maximum attempts for SC/ST candiadte is Unlimited. For OBC candiadte it is 7 years and for general candidate it will be 5 years.

Also you must be in citizen in India.

UPSC entrance examination happens every year.You can apply for it.Since you are a graduate.

Criteria :


1.You should be minimum a graduate
2.Your Age must be 21 years to 30 years.

yes you are eligible for UPSC.

The eligibilty criteria for UPSC is:
age limit: 21-30
nationality: indian
education: any degree from any reputed university.
