Am I eligible for AP SET without Post Graduation?

I have done 10th & Hindi Praveena as well. I also completed Hindi Pandit Training (HPT) from Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha. I don't have MA. So, can I apply for AP SET examination?
