I m rakesh.i had compled b.tech in ece.am I eligible for teacher
in +2 private college for IT or computer science? Can you please let me know what is the minimum criteria would be followed? Awaiting to get the answer soon.

There is no entrance examination for recruitment of teacher in private schools or colleges and even there is no minimum qualification for recruitment.

So, you just need to visit the official website of respective college to get the required qualification for recruitment.

But as per CBSE guidelines candidates need to have minimum master degree and B.Ed degree for recruitment as teacher.
