hello.., i m persuing M.sc. biotechnology, and i m in 1st so i want to ask that am i eligible for csir net for phd.,? can i fill its form on december ? and i also want some guidelines for its preparation..

Yes, you are eligible for CSIR NET exam because you are pursuing M.Sc in Biotechnology. You can do Ph.D through CSIR NET score.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree from a recognized university are eligible for CSIR NET exam. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

Your age should be below 28 years.
