Am I eligible for Entrance Exam for MBA course having secured 40% in Graduation?

I am so sorry to inform you that you are not eligible to appear in CAT exam which is considered as the best entrance exam for MBA however you can apply for MAt exam.

CAT Eligibility Criteria

• The applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree, with 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA[45% for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA), PWD category applicants
  
• Applicants appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply
  
• AGE- 21 to 30 years

MAt Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates who want to appear in MAT 2012 should be minimum a graduated from an acclaimed university.
  
• Final year students can also apply
  
• There is no minimum age limit and also no any marks requirement

Sorry to say that you are not eligible CAT exam but you are eligible for MAT exam.

DETAILS OF CAT EXAM

Those candidate have above 50% in graduation are eligible for CAT exam.For SC/ST candidate this marks is decreased to 45% in graduation.

Your graduation college or university must have UGC approval.

This year exam date is already announced.So please check it out.

Registration-17 august 2011 to 28 September 2011

Exam date-22 October to 18 November 2011.

DETAILS ABOUT MAT EXAM

The minimum qualification for appearing in MAT 2012 is graduation in any discipline from any recognized University .

Final year student in any undergraduate (i.e. B.A, B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech., etc.)can also apply.

There is a minimum percentage requirement in graduation which is different for different management institutes and universities.

FORM AVAILABILITY----Third week of October-2011 to Second November-2011

LAST DATE-----Second week of November-201

EXAM DATE----19th December 2011 Last held on Sunday, 5-Dec-2010, 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
