Re: Am I eligible for government sector exam if I am 34.6 years old under SC category?
Hello,
Generally governmental jobs(civil services) are directly related with exams conducted by UPSC, SSC, UGC etc. Because these exams are conducted for the aspect of providing top class officers in either IAS, IPS, income tax officers, drug inspectors, custom officers or other alloyed services, which are directly concerns with governmental (civil) priority. Basically age limit for appearing in UPSC exam is 21-31yr.(general category) and like wise for SSC, UGC. There is relaxation in age for reserved categories(SC/ST/OBC). In this regard there are exam norms and you can visit the official site of UPSC-www.upsc.gov.in and for SSC-www.ssconline.nic.in |
