Am I eligible for GPSC exam after completing B.com scoring 45% marks?


Respected Sir, I have completed B.Com scoring 455 marks. I want to know, am I eligible for GPSC exam after completing B.com scoring 45% marks? Please answer as soon as possible.

GPSC exam stands for Gujarat public service commission.
Eligibility for GPSC exam

- Graduation complete in any descipline from recognized university.
>> Age limit
- 21 to 28 years.

1) Preliminary Exam
- Subject = General studies(150 Marks)
Selected Optional Subject(200 Marks)
2) Main exam
- Subject = English(200 Marks)
General studies(200 Marks)
Gujrati(200 Marks)
Two Selected Optional Subject(200 Marks)
3) Interview.

After completion of B.Com course, you are eligible for GPSC exam.

Yes, you are eligible for GPSC exam after completing B.Com with 45% marks.

GPSC is an acronym for Gujarat Public Service Commission .

GPSC conducts entrance exams mainly for the recruitment to various Civil services of Gujarat State.

Eligibility criteria for GPSC exam are as under :-

-The candidate must be an Indian .

-The candidate should possess graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

-The candidate age limit should be between 21 to 28 years. The upper age limit is relaxed for OBC/SC/ST candidate by 5 years .

-There is also relaxation for female candidate in upper age limit by 5 years for General category women and 10 years for Reserved category women .

Selection process is conducted in following stages :

* Preliminary Exam

* Main exam

* Personality Interview.
