yes ofcourse you are eligible for pilot after 12th with PCM
For becoming pilot you need to join aeronautical college.
For getting admission you need to directly talk to the college admission commity......

and one of the college is

My son is ambitious to become a commercial pilot. He has finished his 10th during 2011-2012
and is in 1(11th Std) this year studying in Sainik School - Tamilnadu - S.India.
He will be completing his 2(12th Std) in 2013-2014 and his age will be 17 yrs. & 7 months old in March
2014. He has taken Maths/Physics/Chemistry with Computer Science for the 2 (i.e. for the 11 th & 12th Std).
My question is " Is it advisable for him to complete any engineering discipline like "EEE"/ECE/Mechanical/E&I/MECATRONICS" and then
apply for the Pilot training or straight away apply for Pilot training after 10 2 ? Kindly clarify

Yes,you are eligible for Pilot after completing 12th with PCM.

The eligibility criteria required to become a pilot are as under:-

The qualification required to become a pilot is 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics as major subjects.

The candidate should have Commercial pilot's license, airline certifications.

The candidate should have experience of 250 hours in flight

Some key skills which are needed in a pilot are good depth perception, good communication and problem-solving skills,Quick reaction time.

The technical skills required for a pilot are knowledge of on-board systems and ability to monitor them.
