For the government jobs in hand loom sector the eligibility will be a B. Tech or Diploma in Textile Technology or Textile Engineering or the courses studied from IIHT (Indian Institute of Hand loom Technology) and there may be some marketing jobs. These are all some of the eligibility for a job in hand loom sector. So the job prospects will be more for those studied textile courses.
