sir i am persuing btech in ece having 69% in 10th,48.66% in +2 and 63% in btech,so am i eligible to register for syntel?

Syntel recruitment criterion is that , you need to have minimum 60% in 10th and 12th and a 60% engineering aggregate.
Unfortunately you are not eligible.....
