Am I eligible for UPSC having completed MBBS from China?


I am a MBBS graduate from Sichuan Medical University in China which is approved by Medical Council of India. Am I eligible for UPSC exam in India with out passing screening test of MCI?

To be eligible to practise medicine in the country you will have to get a clear from the MCI and only than you will become a recognized degree holder after the particular you will be able to attend the UPSC ENTERANCE exam
