AMIE Eligibility
- You must have passed (10+2) in science stream with PCM or passed diploma in engineering with at least 45% from a recognized institute.
- Your age should be more than 17 years. No upper age limit.

As per my knowledge, Bachelor of technology course is best for you rather than AMIE course after completing diploma Civil. The duration of B.Tech course is four years after 12th class in three years after diploma course. My suggestion to you is that you can take admission in second years of B.Tech in Civil engineering course after Diploma in civil with the help of LEET examination. LEET stand for Lateral Entry Entrance Test. The important date of Lateral Entry Entrance Test are given below.

1. Availability of LEET application form: First week of May 2017

2. Last date for submission of LEET application form: End of May 2017.

3. Date of Lateral Entry Entrance Test: 2 July 2017.
