Andhra Pradesh students can write KCET 2015?


Andhra pradesh students can write KCET 2015. Yes i mean to ask the possibility of this Karnataka CET exam for the Andhra students?

KCET 2015 Eligibility Criteria:

>> (For Non-Resident of Karnataka): As you are non-resident of Karnataka (For candidates outside Karnataka), you must have studied minimum 7 years of studies(Academic years) in KARNATAKA

>> And only resident of Karnataka who possess "Residency Certificate" (Proof of Residence) can appear for Karnataka CET 2015 Examination

>> If you have studied minimum 7 years of studies in Karnataka state then you are of course eligible to appear for KCET 2015 examination, otherwise you cannot apply for KCET examination.

>> Candidates must have passed 12th class with Physics, Maths/ Biology, and Chemistry subjects with minimum of 45% of marks to be eligible

>> KCET 2015 Application Forms will be available from March 2015, and KCET 2015 exam may be conducted in the month of May 2015.

You are a student of Andhra Pradesh so you are not eligible for KCET exam in 2015.

Eligibility criteria for KCET exam:-
  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects along with English.
  • Candidates must have Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Electronics / Computer Science/ Biology as an optional subject.
  • They should attain a minimum of 45% aggregate in 10+2 for general category (40% for SC, ST, Category-1 and OBC).
Note:-

Applicants should have passed 11th and 12th exam from an institution recognized by Karnataka State Government and one of their parents should also have studied in Karnataka for at least 7 years.
