Qualification : 2. My question is whether I am eligible to KCET or not? If yes, can I claim Muslim reservation quota in Non local category?

You are not eligible to apply for KCET as not domicile of Karnataka state. KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority) reserves a definite number of seats for reserved categories. No special reservation available for muslim community.
