Its an awesome book and contains lots of papers of AIIMS. They are not accurate but still go for it.

I would even advice you to try out MTG Magazines as they even post some AIIMS entrance exam papers

Arihant AIIMS is a book for MBBS Entrance Exam which includes a solved question papers of year 1999-2010 with five mock test papers.
The cost of the book is Rs.285 but now it is available in Rs.252.it has a 405 pages.and it is easily available in the market.
