Associate degree (Advanced Diploma) in Science is equivalent to graduation degree? Can I apply for IPS exam?


Hello sir, I am Associate degree (Advanced Diploma) in Science holder from IGNOU. I want to know is this course equivalent to graduation degree? Can I apply for IPS exam?
