State Entrance Examination UPTU

State Entrance Examination (SEE) is held by Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow for admission to Degree courses in Engineering/Architecture/ Postgraduate courses and MCA of state Government, Government aided and Private institutions affiliated to U.P. Technical University, Lucknow with some other Universities of Uttar Pradesh.



Eligibility:
Candidates should have passed the 10+2 standard or equivalent exams. Final year candidates may also appear in the Entrance Examination. Subject group required for admission to B.Tech: Physics & Chemistry/Maths, B.Tech. (Agri. Engg.) : Physics & Chemistry/Maths, B.Tech. (Agri. Engg.) : AG I & AG II/AG III, B.Arch.: Math/Aptitude Test (Arch). Candidates must have passed 10+2 with more than 50% marks in aggregate with Mathematics for B.Arch program.

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) is conducted by Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow for the candidates who seek admission to Professional degree and post graduate courses in State Government, Govt. aided and Private unaided institutions affiliated to U.P. Technical University along with some other Universities of Uttar Pradesh. Central Admission Board – CAB, constituted by Govt. of Uttar Pradesh under the Chairmanship of Vice Chancellor of Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow is controlling and supervising the SEE.

Online application can be made from 28 February to 22 march 2012.

Offline these can be purchased from Head post offices from 3 march 2012 to 20 march 2012

The cost of application post is rs. 1000 for general and obc catergory students

For female and sc/st students the cost will be rs 500

The minimum age for eligibilty is 17 years.

The last date of submission of form is 24 march 2012

Dont forget that accept forms received by speed post only

If you have applied online and taken a print out then last date of submission is 26 march 2012.

The online applications can be made for MCA/MBA course only and not for UG - first year of B.Tech./ BFAD/ B.Pharm./ BHMCT/ B.Arch./ B.Tech.(Bio Tech.)

For these UG course you will have to fill out the OMR forms only.

The online application forms can be filles now. They were available from 28 feb and can be filled up to 22 march till 10 pm.

The last date of submission of form is 26 March.

If you want to pursue UG course then you will have to buy the OMR forms available at head post offices at the cost of 500 for sc/st/female candidates and rs 1000 for general and obc candidates.

Offline forms must reach by 24 march 5 pm by speed post

OMR application form with Information Brochure can be purchased from 3rd March, 2012 to 20th March, 2012 ( both days inclusive ) from Head Post Offices.

The Cost of Information Brochure and application form including examination fee will be as under :
