or you can apply for IAS,banks,insurance,railways these have set pattern,apply,exam,rejult,interview.

Yes,my dear friend you can apply for it.You are a graduate now.So you can apply for it.Here is the criteria :

1.Candidate must be a graduate.
2.Age of that candidate must be within 21 to 30 years.

yes , you are eligible for railway job , only thing you need to do is that you need to pass the Combined Civil Services Examination, conducted by UPSC or an examination conducted by the Railways Recruitment Boards (RRBs).

Your age should be within 21 - 30 years ...

well let me make this point clear to you that in most of the government sector one can apply for jobs after graduation with minimum of 60% marks,as you are a graduate yes you can apply you will not get the responsibility of any technical field in railways but will can get a post in management or in any other post
YOU MUST VISIT TO THE RAILWAY RECRUITMENT BOARD TO GET MORE INFORMATION ABOUT JOBS IN RAILWAYS.
