Being a Commander in Indian Navy can I get an OBC certificate?
Sir, I am a Commander in the Indian Navy. I have seen various categories for issue of OBC certificate. I belong to Haryana state but am presently posted at Delhi HQ. I have following questions:

The heading of your question seems that you want OBC category certificate,If your category belongs to the OBC caste than definitely you can get the certificate of OBC
