Dear friend,

To get good package after completing B.Com you have to go for higher study, because B.Com is not enough to get good package.

After completing B.Com following options are with you. You can
choose any one of them.

1. You can do MBA/PGDM

2. You can do M.Com then MBA/PGDM

3. After B. Com you can try in defense services for the post of account
officer. Now a days in defense also they are giving very attractive salary.

4. You can try for IAS also.

After B.Com you have the option to go in for account related course or economics related job etc. You need to select the course which you feel will help you in securing a job which interests you. It is important aspect you need to consider as job satisfaction is important. For accounts related jobs you can take up courses like CA, ICWA. For administrative job MBA is an option available. You also have the option to deviate from this area like going for computer oriented course, creative areas like fashion designing etc.

Chartered Accountancy (CA)

Besides maintaining accounts in a firm, their work includes Accountancy, Auditing, Cost accountancy, Taxation, Investigation and Consultancy.

Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)

A CFA is trained in financial management, investment management and management accounting.

Cost Accountancy (from ICWA)

Company Secretary (CS)

A CS is a professional whose responsibilities in a corporate are that of an advisor for legal matters. .

MBA.

An MBA will open up options in all industries in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, IT & Systems and Operations.


You may choose any course based on your interest.

any how you have successfully completed your graduation.so you need to go for MBA because now a days all mnc companies are looking efficient MBA person with high salary.After joining of mba you need to concentrate on communication skills,involving business quiz,any business activity.If yiu take mba as per your pg you need to do some live activities in any company that means you will do summer internship programm in any organisation in 2 months than you will have a lot chance to grt job easily.These are the simple techniques foe getting good job with mba programm

actually if u apply for job directly after finishing ur b.com..u will get less salary package..so for that u can go for further studies.. such as
MBA,PGDM,IAS,etc.....
by doing these u will surely get satisfactory salary package...
other than...that u can do many post graduate diploma and degree courses..like banking and finance, capital markets, wealth management, insureane, risk management, CA, ICWA,CS,CFP,CFA,computer courses, etc..

After B.Com if you want to get good salary then in may operation you should go for M.B.A course..

For Admission in top college you have to qualify the exam like:-

After B.Com you have the following options

- Go for Job
However, you have limited option if you go for job now and also you will not get very high pay

- Go for M.Com
You can do specialization in your course by joining M.Com

- Go for MBA
You can join any good college for MBA and try for banking sectors.
Opportunity after doing MBA is huge in comparison with M.Com.

You can go for MBA

Since you have just 42% marks in your graduation, you are not eligible for most of the MBA entrance exam.

You can appear for MAT as it doesn't have any marks criteria

Hello,you can go for M.com,Mfc,Mba and accounting package just like CA,Icwa. M.com and Mfc is much better for your career.If you just want to do a job then you can go for accounting package. By management course you will get excelent offers from renouned companys. So all the best !

Dear jatin if you are serious about your career and want a bright future then go for management course just like MFC and M.com. You can go for CA and ICWA but you will get low salary package. Incase of MFC and M.COM you will get high salary and offers from leading companys which will give you good life but you have to work hard.All the best !

Dear jatin, You need both good salary and good life. First you have to set your goal. After b.com a lot of course is available and you have to select because we can give you suggesion but you have to achive. A lot of accounting paccage like CA,ICWA you can choose this and management course like M.com,M.fc,Mba and Cs. I think you should go for M.com or M.fc. Another thing is let me discuss about you may think about job and salary after this course so i have a suggesion. After complete the desired course join any company for your experience don't think about salary. After gaining 1/2 yr experience you deffinatly get attractive package and renouned company. ya sure you can do mba.about collages a lot of management collages are available in india which gives admission with lower marks. So dont worry if you are from odissa then you can take admission in Trident,iibm, bput ,Affinity business school. One more suggesion you should take finance/hr specialization because your background is b.com. Thanks

hi , i am sorry but you haven't conferm whats your qualification and which type of jobs you want to do. Jobs are available according to one qualification and skills. If you are a graduate then you can apply for government job cunducted by Ssc,UGc and you can also work in private sector as customer care associate,backoffice executive. If you are a b.com graduate then apply for accountant. But in private sector salary will be low for simply graduates. Thanks
