If you have completed 12th standard with PCB with above 50% marks from recognized board , then you are applicable for seat in maximum no of Medical entrance exams.

Some of the exams have some age criteria . AIIMS ,AIPMT and JIPMER have restriction of age limit .Here Your minimum age should be 17 years old.But some other state cant consider any kind of percentage marks.

Govt sector colleges fees are very cheap so if you have got good rank in Medical entrance exams then you are applicable for those colleges with low fees structure.
